2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.

We respectfully request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

No-shows may be subject to additional restrictions on future bookings.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved forms of payment listed in-office or on our booking platform.

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

4. Promotions & Memberships

Promotional offers, memberships, and packages:

• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
• Are non-transferable
• May have expiration dates
• Are non-refundable unless required by law

Luxe Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

5. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission

Luxe Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.

Medical treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed during consultation and outlined in informed consent documentation prior to treatment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.

8.Mobile Terms of Service

1. Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at: info@luxeboco.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
